SURF Foundation Colloquium on Quality Indicators for Journals

The SURF Foundation in the Netherlands has recently issued a summary of a colloquium that they co-sponsored exploring the difficult and important issue of quality indicators for journals, with particular emphasis on young journals that are now being launched in large numbers under open access programs.
