This is the final reminder that Monday, October 10 is the deadline to submit a project briefing proposal for CNI’s Fall 2022 Membership Meeting (December 12-13, Washington, DC).
Proposals may be submitted via online form: https://www.cni.org/mm/fall-2022/project-briefing-proposals-f22
Anyone may propose a project briefing, including groups/individuals from non-member institutions and organizations. All meeting attendees (including speakers) are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
The Fall 2022 Meeting will be entirely in-person; we intend to record all meeting sessions and to make videos openly available after the meeting.
Project briefings are typically 30-minute or one-hour sessions that focus on a timely topic or on a specific institutional/organizational or cross-institutional project related to digital information. This year we will also offer lightning round presentations (limited to seven minutes and a single speaker). Topics that would particularly benefit from interactive discussion will be prioritized, as will proposals focusing on novel or particularly creative approaches to community challenges.
