Welcome to the CNI Fall 2005
Task Force Meeting
Project Briefings (Presentations)
Representatives from the member organizations of the Coaltion for Networked Information gather twice annually for Task Force Meetings. The meetings are designed to explore new technologies, content and applications; to further collaboration; to analyze technology policy issues; and to catalyze the development and deployment of new projects.
Podcast interviews with several key speakers and attendees, including Tony Hey and Brewster Kahle, are available.
Project Briefings are the very heart of every Task Force Meeting. These are 1-hour break-out sessions which address state-of-the-art developments and issues of interest to the membership, as outlined in each year’s Program Plan.
This year’s fall meeting will be held December 5-6, 2005 at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix at Civic Plaza in Phoenix, AZ. Registration forms were sent to Task Force representatives and guests in early September.
Plenary Sessions are held at the beginning and end of each meeting and include presentations of CNI’s latest initiatives as well as insights from national and international leaders in the networked information community.
