All workshop participants completed a survey providing details about their center(s); survey responses are included in each institutional page below, as PDF files. Following the workshop, participants were asked to add some information to their original submissions, and they were also invited to submit supplemental information, such as pictures, floor plans, etc. Not all attendees submitted additional information; when an updated survey was submitted, we included it here and labeled it “updated.” All materials submitted to us by presenters have been added to these pages.
