Publishing
The publishing industry has undergone dramatic changes due to the developments in digital technologies. From the early years in CNI’s history, we have assisted publishers in the scholarly community and in the commercial environment to understand the potential impact of technologies on their business models and to assist them in envisioning the transformative opportunities that are available in the Internet environment. We also serve as a source of information about new programs in which academic libraries are collaborating with university presses or are creating new types of publishing initiatives in their institutions.
